John Stamos has expressed his disappointment and called it a "twist of irony" that Greta Gerwig and Margot Robbie, the leading ladies of "Barbie," were not nominated for Best Director and Best Actress at this year's Oscars. In response to the snub, Stamos recreated a scene from the film on social media, with his wife Caitlin McHugh playing Barbie and himself playing Ken. Stamos praised the film for its critical success and cultural impact, tackling feminist themes and challenging patriarchal norms.
