Megan Fox really knows how to make a statement on the red carpet, and she definitely did not disappoint at the release party for Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Issue. The event, held on May 18, gathered a star-studded crowd including Martha Stewart, Kim Petras, and Brooks Nader, but it was Fox who stole the show.

Dressed in a gown from LaQuan Smith's fall/winter 2023 collection, Fox exuded confidence and sexiness.

The gown featured a sheer bodice with only a strip of satin fabric covering the plunging neckline, allowing a teasing glimpse at her enormous back tattoo. The tattoo, which quotes Friedrich Nietzsche, reads, "And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music." Fox's stylist, Maeve Reilly, added the finishing touches to her look, including a dazzling diamond ring from Le Vian and trendy pink chrome nails.
