In an interview with Soap Opera Digest, Diamont expressed his thoughts on what lies ahead for Bill.

When asked about the potential revelation of Luna's paternity, Diamont explained that Bill's life would unquestionably change.

Speculation currently surrounds the possibility that Bill might be Luna's biological father. Diamont humorously remarked, "Yeah, I think he’s just not even necessarily wanting to go there with regard to that, initially. Now, of course, this is a guy who is used to adult children showing up on his doorstep! I said, ‘We’d have to rename him! He’d have to be, not Dollar Bill, he’s No Condom Bill!’"
