Miley Cyrus is showing off her yoga skills!
On Sunday, Cyrus, 30, shared a black and white video of herself doing yoga on a paddleboard. Playing the video alongside her song "Island," which she released earlier this year, the singer looked refreshed as she did a variety of impressive poses on the water.
"So close to heaven but so far from everyone," Cyrus wrote in her caption, quoting the lyrics to the song.
Sporting a black bikini top with matching shorts and a black cap, Cyrus went into a twisting lunge while raising one arm up in the air. "🌊 Grateful for this #Island & the abundant magic she shared with us.
🦋," the star added in her caption before going into a plank position and then a tricep pushup.

Continuing with the strength exercises, Cyrus then went into a cobra pose, which was followed by an upward dog and a lunging twist position. The Hannah Montana alum then finished her yoga video by kneeling on the paddleboard and throwing up both hands in the air.
Cyrus' peaceful paddleboard yoga comes after she was spotted on a shopping trip earlier this month in Los Angeles.
The actress looked relaxed as she wore a khaki green printed T-shirt and a pair of blue jeans.
She also recently released a duet with Dolly Parton — a cover of Cyrus' 2013 song "Wrecking Ball" for Parton's forthcoming album Rockstar, which is set to be released on Nov. 17.
"I've grown up covering my Aunt Dollys music & it's an honor to hear her singing one of my songs," Cyrus wrote in an Instagram post. "I love you Aunt Dolly! I'm so happy to add another collaboration under our bedazzled (studded leather) belt! We're ROCKSTARS now!"
She added that people can hear "so much sweetness and love on this record" before finishing the caption with, "Excited to share it with everyone.
Forever your Doll Baby, Miley."
