Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny has become the new owner of Ariana Grande's home in the Hollywood Hills. The off-market deal was recently completed, with Bad Bunny purchasing the ranch-style property for $8.3 million. Ariana, who owned the home for a short time, bought it in early 2021 for $8.9 million. The property consists of three parcels of land with stunning views of Los Angeles. The cottage-style home, which was constructed in 1946 but renovated in 2020, features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pool, a patio, and a two-car garage.

The property is surrounded by a beautifully manicured backyard and is tucked into a lush hillside. This purchase comes shortly after Bad Bunny ended his relationship with Kendall Jenner. Sources say that they both understood that their relationship was not meant to be long-term due to their busy schedules. Kendall's family still thinks highly of Bad Bunny and wants her to be with someone who makes her happy.
