Miley Cyrus opened up about why touring was not the best choice for her in a recent TikTok interview. In her series "Used to Be Young," following her new single release, the singer expressed how the demanding lifestyle of being on the road affected her wellbeing.

According to Cyrus, touring requires a high level of performance that demands equal amounts of rest and recovery. She mentioned that maintaining a certain level of intensity and ego during shows was a challenge for her, making it difficult to switch off after each performance.
