The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, celebrated her early 42nd birthday with a trip to the movies. Accompanied by her friend Portia De Rossi and a couple of other girlfriends, Meghan watched the feminist hit movie "Barbie" starring Margot Robbie at a Santa Barbara theater. While Meghan enjoyed the outing, her husband Prince Harry stayed back at their luxurious $14 million estate in Montecito, California.

Continuing the festivities, Meghan joined her friends for a night at the posh San Ysidro Ranch hotel in Santa Barbara, where she even posed for photos and made videos with a bachelorette group celebrating at the hotel.

Although Prince Harry didn't join in the initial celebrations, he made sure to make Meghan's special day memorable. The couple was spotted having dinner at the renowned celebrity hotspot, Tre Lune in Montecito.
