Ryan Reynolds has secured a deal with Netflix for his upcoming heist comedy film, following a bidding war among interested streamers. The yet-to-be-titled film, set overseas and resembling the popular Ocean's Eleven franchise, will be produced by Reynolds and Simon Kinberg, with a script written by Dana Fox. Reynolds, Kinberg, and Audrey Chon will produce the film through their production banners.

Reynolds is currently focused on production for Deadpool 3, which will see him star alongside Hugh Jackman in their MCU debuts. The highly anticipated Marvel film is set to hit theaters in 2024. Reynolds is also set to feature in an upcoming fantasy comedy film called IF, directed by John Krasinski and distributed by Paramount Pictures.
