This Netflix original is based on the Chinese novel The Three-Body Problem by Liu Cixin and features several Game of Thrones alums in significant roles. The ensemble cast includes actors such as Eiza Gonzalez, Benedict Wong, Jovan Adepo, Alex Sharp, as well as John Bradley and Liam Cunningham, who reunite with the GOT creators in pivotal roles. Bradley, who previously played Samwell Tarly, Jon Snow's friend, in the iconic series, joins forces again with the creators.

The recently released teaser for the new series showcases the talent of writer and director duo David Benioff and DB Weiss, renowned for their work on the HBO fantasy-fiction series Game of Thrones. John Bradley, Liam Cunningham, and Jonathan Pryce reunite with Benioff and Weiss in this new series. Bradley and Cunningham make appearances in the teaser, with Bradley once again immersed in a fantasy setting.
